There is just no other way to get a 24.75 scale tele that I can think of.ĭoes anyone know any builders or models that are 24.75 scale for no more than 800$ ?īeing a repair shop owner, luthier, Previous sales manager for Warmoth ( back in 90'), iveĪssembled, and been a big part in making beloved teles. So, that would lead me to believe that mine would also sound great! lol. However, I've watched videos on youtube of Tom Anderson's 24.75 scale tele he offers and they all sound great. I am concerned that the guitar will not sound as good as a normal tele would. So, since the roadworn is a relatively expensive Mexican tele, I've been running the numbers and I could easily build a partscaster for the same price, and order a neck to my exact spec, in which I would try out the 24.75 scale. Its the best feeling guitar in my budget, but the one thing I'm not crazy about is the 7.25 radius. I'm in the market for a guitar, and have settled on the Road Worn 50's tele.

I wish Fender or someone would offer a 24.75 scale strat/tele style guitar but there are none on the market other than a Tom Anderson which is way out of my price range. I have smallish hands, and the gibson 24.75 scale length is alot easier and more enjoyable for me to play on. Something I've been considering for a long long time but never had the courage to take the plunge is ordering a 24.75 scale conversion tele neck from USACG.
